Shopper activation at REWE: free plant conditioner with the purchase of an orchid or bromeliad

A promotion of tropical bromeliads and orchids will take place from 11 to 18 October at 3,000 German REWE supermarkets.

The activation is part of the Thanks Plants campaign and is a cooperation between REWE, Greenyard, Orchidee Nederland, the Bromelia Specialist, and the Flower Council of Holland (Blumenbüro Holland). 

Gift with purchase

The activation follows the Thanks Plants campaign that runs for three weeks in Germany that started on 20 September. REWE shoppers will receive a free plant conditioner with the purchase of an orchid or bromeliad. The conditioner encourages and extends the flowering period and ensures a healthy root system. So customers can enjoy their tropical plants and their positive effects for even longer. Thanks Plants! 

From sleeves to folders and socials
The plants will stand out on the shop floor thanks to their printed sleeves, and the trolleys will have eye-catching display cards. Customers will also be made aware of the campaign outside the store, on Pflanzenfreude.de, Instagram, Facebook and in a REWE leaflet.
