Mother’s Day in France, Germany and The Netherlands

Mother's Day will finally arrive on 9 May. Obviously Mooiwatbloemendoen.nl and Mooiwatplantendoen.nl and their sister websites will be celebrating it with loving, floral-filled content. Mother's Day in the United Kingdom took place in March this year, and the French will celebrate Mother’s Day on 30 May 2021.

Focus on flowering plants

The focus on the Dutch Mooiwatplantendoen.nl site and its sister websites in France and Germany will be on flowering plants. So we are posting an article highlighting these natural beauties (including the rose, anthurium, cyclamen, Dendrobium, Gloriosa and hydrangea). We are doing this based on the symbolic idea that the bond between mother and child, just like the bond between human and plant, grows and blooms for years. We are drawing attention to the content through social media.

DIY craft project with floral monogram
The Dutch Mooiwatbloemendoen.nl (and German, French equivalents) will be focusing on a craft project where you can create a monogram for your mother with seasonal flowers and a generous helping of love. Readers can get creative with carnations, Asclepia, Clematis, Lisianthus, spray roses, Nigella sativa, and Limonium. This content will also be boosted by posts on Facebook and Instagram.
